Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn is making the leap to the big screen at the start of the 2026 bike season. Featuring local heroes Vali H\u00f6ll, Stevie Schneider and Fabio Wibmer, the community will decide from May 5th which trailer takes the lead and gets the chance to be produced as a full movie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 trailers \u2013 3 genres \u2013 1 community<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Austria\u2019s largest bike region is something you simply have to experience \u2013 just like the acting performances of Vali H\u00f6ll, Fabio Wibmer, Stevie Schneider, and many other local heroes. The three trailers \u201cVali \u2013Mit Vollgas durch\u2019s Idyll\u201d, \u201cTrail Rush \u2013 Ride to Live\u201d and \u201cBremsspur\u2013Ein Alpenkrimi\u201d leave you wanting more. In an online voting on bike.saalbach.com<\/a>, the community chooses its favorite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trailer with the most votes will be fully produced for the 2027 season \u2013 becoming the very first blockbuster from Austria\u2019s largest bike region. <\/p>\n\n\n

Drama, action thriller or crime \u2013 which genre captures the audience the most? Vote now & win!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The choice is between Vali H\u00f6ll as an icon of female empowerment between downhill racing and dirndl, Stevie Schneider, investigating the intrigue surrounding a deadly hunt for bikers, and Fabio Wibmer as a secret agent who can trust nothing \u2013 except the suspension of his bike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All three trailers can be streamed on bike.saalbach.com<\/a>, where the community can then vote for their personal favorite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taking part in the voting is definately worth it: among all participants, Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn is giving away a 1 week bike-trip for 2 people, hotel and bike tickets included in Austria\u2019s largest bike region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My trailer brings Heidi into 2026. I think that says it all. I absolutely loved the shoot, even though I was a little nervous. Luckily, it was a very familiar environment, which made it easier for me to let go of control a little. The production company did an amazing job editing it, and I\u2019m a huge fan of how it all came together.<\/p>Vali H\u00f6ll<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

I had a pretty good laugh when the team first came to me with the idea, and to be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first. But I think it\u2019s really cool that with Saalbach we can bring ideas like this to life and think outside the box! I do have some experience with acting from my videos, but I definitely feel more comfortable wearing a helmet and sitting on my bike while being filmed. The torture scene at the end was especially tricky to shoot, but we pulled it off well – even though I\u2019ve never swallowed that much milk before haha!<\/p>Fabio Wibmer<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The initiial idea for the trailer campaign came about during a joint brainstorming session in a mountain hut on a bike trip in Saalbach. Convincing the locals to take part was honestly the easiest part of the project. Most of them know our work and are aware that if we do it with Foolhouse Media, it\u2019s going to turn out well. Beyond biking, the region has some of the coolest and nicest locals. For me, it\u2019s like a second home. One of my highlights during the shoot was definitely when we turned an industrial kitchen into an autopsy room \u2014 and our \u2018corpse\u2019 kept complaining about how cold the surface was.<\/p>Stevie Schneider<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Together with Saalbach Hinterglemm and Fieberbrunn, Saalfelden Leogang forms Austria’s largest bike region and scores with nine cable cars on seven mountains, a joint bike ticket, and more than 120 kilometers of lines and trails, 45 kilometers of which come together in the Epic Bikepark Leogang alone.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
