In the end, Soderstrom\u2019s flair won the day. Standing in the finish coral, he officially confirmed he is targeting the new King of the Crankworx World Tour title, a season-long race to gather the most points at Crankworx events.<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/43ride.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/03\/crankworx-rotoura-2015-dual-speed-and-style.jpg\" alt=\"Feel Good Stories Open the Crankworx World Tour\"><\/center><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u201cSee how I go,\u201d he said. \u201cIf I just keep on having fun, maybe it will all work out.\u201d<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Announcer Tristan Merrick chalked the results up to Soderstrom\u2019s demeanour.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u201cHe has got such great tricks, but I would say he\u2019s back and he\u2019s healthy and he\u2019s confident,\u201d he said, when asked what he figured gave him the edge.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Dual Speed and Style pits two riders against one another in a gravity-fed race down a course designed for pulling tricks, challenging the riders to balance the need for speed against their best possible tricks.<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/43ride.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/03\/crankworx-rotoura-2015-martin-soderstrom.jpg\" alt=\"Feel Good Stories Open the Crankworx World Tour\"><\/center><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Loron, meanwhile, was still happy with his outcome having taken out Ryan \u2018R-Dog\u2019 Howard in the quarter finals.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u201cIt was pretty cool for me to win against Ryan Howard because he\u2019s a pretty good rider and I lost last year against him. So, I\u2019m happy to get on the podium today,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Soderstrom bested a field of 29 riders for his first major win in close to two years.<\/p>\n<p>Results:<br \/>\n1.
