New chain guide – Presto was developed as a newer version of our popular model – Storm.The\u00a0assumption of the project was to use the best available technologies, to develop one of the most\u00a0advanced chain guides on the market. The project and prototypes were made with strong influence of\u00a0our best team riders – Darren Berrecloth<\/strong> and Szymon Godziek<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Darren likes the chain guide as much, that he decided to make it as his signature product.\u00a0Despite that the chain guide is about 20 grams lighter than Storm, we increased its stiffness by\u00a030%!<\/strong> \u00a0It was possible by using thicker backplate, which was drilled from the one piece of aluminum 7075\u00a0T651. We also used a special bash guard which is hollow inside. Despite it is hollow inside, it is 1,5\u00a0time stronger than the previous bash guard. Inside the bash guard we used a special ribs system,\u00a0which absorbs the hits and impacts. The surface of bash guard is smoth – without any holes. You will\u00a0see the difference in muddy days. The mud, and dirt won’t stick to smooth surface, and the weight of\u00a0whole system won’t increases much even in rainy days.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Other new features:\u00a0<\/strong>
\n\u00b7 easy mounting feature – you don’t have to separate the chain while mounting our chain\u00a0guide. The upper guide can be open, by removing one bolt,
\n\u00b7 the rubber between upper guide plates absorbs the hits of chain. Due to that the chain guide \u00a0is much more quiet even in the rocky sections of the trail,
\n\u00b7 the special holes on the guide plates helps to keep the pulley clean, without need to remove\u00a0them,
\n\u00b7 one 4mm allen key can screw out all the chain guide bolts,
\n\u00b7 whole construction made out of high quality materials.
