The benefits, that entails wearing a body armor are appreciated only at the time of crash. Along with the improving our bike skills, most of us decided to take off some of the protection gear. It mistakenly seems to us that the the risk falling is lower. Unfortunately, along with the skills, we also increase the speed, and hence, any falls will be more painful and dangerous.
iXS Cleaver body armor gives us a possibility to choose, which part of body we want to protect. We can wear on the whole armor that protects the elbows, shoulders, chest and back, as well as each of these elements separately.
If you feel confident on the trails, you can wear only the back part or just add elbow protection. On the bumpy and rocky trails, through the few moves, you can complete the whole armor again. As you can see in the photos below, if you wear just a back protection, it is so small that it is virtually invisible under the jersey.
