Since the introduction of our Snabb line, the Enduro version has always been in the focus of the media and most riders. However it’s actually it’s smaller brother, the Snabb T that is our personal favourite. Less travel than a full-on Enduro bike but the same aggressive geometry and super tough construction is exactly what most of our riders want.

The Trail version of our Snabb is fitted with a sturdy 150mm travel fork, whereas the frame has 140mm – which is 20mm less than the “E” version. This is an ideal combination for anyone who wants to ride uphill fast but at the same time wants 100% confidence on the descents, drops and jumps. We tested 140mm forks against 150mm and found that the slightly longer and stronger forks gave us much more confidence on the downhills but we didn’t loose a single second even on the steepest and tightest climbs.

It’s important to note that the Snabb T is not a flimsy bike for touring. It’s tough as nails and is simply a smaller (but not weaker) version of its bigger brother, the Snabb E. The main difference you will feel between the Snabb T and an all-out Enduro bike is that it will be more agile, responsive and easier to throw around in tight sections.

The 2016 Snabb T has been upgraded with MAX bearings in all pivot points for extended service-free periods. Additional bearings have also been added in the top shock mount (in the rocker arm) to further reduce stiction in the system.

The cockpit of the Snabb T incorporates the new NS Quantum Lite stem. This elegant forged and CNC’s alloy beauty weighs only 133g. The NS Evidence Lite bars and gives full control over the bike. Despite the short stem, the riding position is quite stretched out thanks to the very long reach of the frame. Our “M” is like most “L” sizes out there.

All Snabb frames have suspension kinematics designed with 1X drivetrains in mind so the 1×11 Sram GX setup is a perfect match and works faultlessly.

The 27.5” wheels roll on NS Rotary hubs with big sealed bearings (15mm front and 12/142mm rear). The tire combination of a Schwalbe Nobby Nic and Racing Ralph offers low friction on climbs and plenty of traction on smooth descents, but can easily be changed to a much more aggressive setup for rocky terrain.
