The Crankworx World Tour is the pinnacle of Slopestyle, where only the best of the best are able to compete for the world title. Each year the stars of the sport compete in three events on three continents, but what we get to watch during the contest is just the tip of the iceberg. During the 2021 season, Red Bull brought together World Champion and Triple Crown winner Emil Johansson with German style master Erik Fedko, to give us a deeper insight into what really goes into slopestyle success and lifestyle.
It was just nice to hang out and visit our home spots and travel together. We could just ride and focus on what we were doing while the videographers did their job. In the end, for both of us it was our best season so far!

This new mini-series, Raising the Bar, shows how, where and why Erik and Emil ride bikes and gives us a behind the scenes view on contests, training and some radical bike spots. The complete four-part series is available now on Red Bull TV, with weekly episode released on the Red Bull Bike YouTube channel from December 1st.
Making Raising the Bar was awesome. I got to hang out with Erik a lot more, we rode at some sick spots and honestly the season for both of us couldn’t have gone any better. It’s been hectic and a different season when it comes to events. I am really happy to be able to do the series alongside the World Tour.
