e-Crusher Carbon combines the responsiveness and handling of a Trail bike with the great bump absorption, traction and confidence of a cutting-edge Enduro race bike with Plus tires. The two e-Crusher Carbon models are distinguished by the use of the new Shimano Steps E8000 motor with integrated battery design, MTB specific. Among its most important features we find its compact design, which allows us to optimize the Zero system, develop shorter chainstays and increase the swingarm’s torsional stiffness. On the other hand, its reduced weight, reduced Q-factor, minimal friction, low noise level and high performance are some of its most remarkable attributes. The new e-Crusher uses a Shimano battery with 504 Wh load easily removable if necessary, that we can plug in to recharge directly without removing it from the bike. On the handlebar we find the Shimano LCD Computer Display with which we can easily control the different parameters of the route such as the current speed, trip and total distance, assistance level or remaining range, as well as select among the three pedalling assistance levels Eco, Trail or Boost, for a maximum of 300% level and 70 Nm engine torque.

Stealth Carbon Technology
Stealth Carbon includes the latest technology in industrial design and optimization of carbon structures being present at the high-end Mondraker models. e-Crusher Carbon raises the Stealth concept to its maximum Full Carbon expression applied to an electric bicycle, with a highly detailed construction and very refined finishes. The result speaks by itself, with a design and groundbreaking aesthetics for a bike that opens the doors for the future e-MTBs.
The Stealth manufacturing method is the result of carrying out research on each of the critical processes that make it up, with the objective of improving its features as much as possible. From the selection and preparation of the different types of carbon fiber, preservation and impregnation with epoxy, to their detailed layout and manual application in their specific location, everything follows a strict process set out in the fiber plan written by the engineers. The use of solid internal molds, both in expanded high density polystyrene and in biodegradable silicon, allow for the optimal compression of the fibers with the guarantee of a clean extraction after the heat treatment.
What stands out above all is our Vacuum Compression Process method, through which the frame is subjected to a process of fiber compression through a vacuum at high pressure. All the frames and parts are put through this process after each layer of material is applied. This way, we can remove any potential air bubbles among layers and let us achieve a greater expansion of the epoxy adhesive between the weaves of the fibers. With this we can guarantee the reliability of the structure, achieving figures for strength and rigidity that are greater than those for fibers only applied manually.
The structure that houses the Shimano Steps E8000 engine has a unique design created specifically to provide improved lateral stiffness, filtering in a very effective way both ground vibrations as well as those generated by the motor still at maximum pedaling assistance. The result is a more efficient performance and greater long-term reliability without any kind of unwanted vibration.
Mondraker Forward Geometry
Following the trend that characterizes all high-end Mondraker models for the past seasons, e-Crusher Carbon benefits from the use of our unique Forward Geometry improving performance, backed by a better control of our bike, superior handling, stability and confidence that, for an electric bike means even greater advantage given the extra weight involving the motor and battery. In this case and according its objective use, we have established new geometric dimensions according to the needs and rigors of this high performance e-MTB model.
Forward Geometry is based on a geometry with longer top tubes combined with a shorter stem length. In the case of e-Crusher Carbon and likewise the rest of Mondraker Forward Geometry models we spec the FG30 stem for the RR+ and R+ models available in four sizes S, M, L and XL.
Forward Geometry offers greater safety in technical and steep terrain, with a more advanced front wheel axle that provides greater stability even on really steep trails, up or down. This increase in the length of the Front Center -and therefore on the bike wheelbase- creates a more composed and stable bike at high speed in any situation. Forward Geometry establishes a new weight balance making it possible to load the front wheel much more than with a traditional geometry. This fact allows you to improve your riding and handling skills, offering greater grip on turns, better traction even on really steep downhill trails that seemed impossible to ride at first sight, dramatically improving control.

Zero Suspension System Technology
Zero is the virtual pivot suspension system developed and patented by Mondraker, consisting of two links that compress and control the shock movement at its both ends. The positioning of the shock and being compressed from both sides creates a floating movement, giving life to this exclusive top-performance suspension system.

Mondraker e-Crusher Carbon are distinguished by the use of the new Shimano Steps E8000 motor with integrated battery design, MTB specific. Its compact dimensions have played a crucial role for the Zero suspension system optimization, the development of shorter chainstays, increasing swingarm torsional stiffness and better overall performance. Its lightweight, reduced Q-factor of just 177 mm (same Shimano standard than for non-electric mountain bikes), minimal engine friction, low noise level and powerful motor are some of its most remarkable features.
Shimano integrated and detachable E8020 battery
BT-E8020 integrated battery features 504 Wh load and it is possible to plug in to recharge it directly without the need of removing the battery, although we can disassemble it if needed. e-Crusher Carbon design features a downtube protector to prevent any possible rock hit or unexpected crash that could damage the battery.

Internal cable routing HHG: Hidden Housing Guide
e-Crusher models benefit from our HHG technology with internal guide for the derailleur (Di2 for e-Crusher Carbon RR+), rear brake cables and internal routed seatposts for both models. HHG features some external stops to attach the cables, avoiding any possible noise while preserving the most meticulous design as clean as possible.
